The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California invites applicants for a position as staff pathologist to practice at LAC + USC Medical Center, USC University Hospital, Norris Hospital and Cancer Research Institute in either the clinical or tenure-track professional series, open rank. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.  

Requirements:
•    MD degree and California State Medical License.
•    Board certification in clinical and/or anatomic pathology.
•    Positions include subspecialty experience/expertise in surgical pathology, cytology, gynecologic pathology, molecular pathology, clinical pathology or informatics.
•    Clinical track candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to teaching and clinical service.
•    Tenure-track candidates must have a record of independent research or demonstrated potential for such a program. Research areas of particular interest to the Department include, but are not limited to, stem cell biology, immunopathology, and cancer biology.
